The XLT Communications TM200 Throat microphone is a tough, heavy duty solution for those needing to communicate in a high noise environment. The TM200 is adjustable, allowing it to fit various neck sizes. It is a single wire throat mic, with an in-line push-to-talk (PTT) button and lapel clip. A reversible surveillance style earpiece with mushroom tipped connector will work in either ear.
